PUTTING THE CALL OUT: Do you have a mushroom related skill that you would like to teach? Please e-mail email@example.com ASAP! We are putting together the schedule and are looking for a few more unique and hands-on classes! Maybe you make nature resin jewelry. Perhaps you have a special class to teach on poisons? Contact us!
We have 300 private acres to forage surrounded by state land. We have a commercial kitchen and a commercial dehydrator. We have housing for 100 people. This is a mushroom lover’s paradise.
The photo is from September 26th, 2018. You never know what the weather will be, but you might find: chicken of the woods, hen of the woods, shrimp of the woods, chanterelles, blewits and many many more… and you’ll learn their latin names!

Mushroom crown making with Sasha Ospina
Wildcrafted cocktails and mocktails
Mushroom cultivation with a take home project
