All rates are per person.
Non-members, add 20%. (First time visitors get member rates).
Min. 20% deposit required for reservations. Balance due at time of event.
Payments can be made by check, cash or credit card (Visa, MC, Discover).
Reduced rates/scholarships available for low-income.
Work exchange (cooking, cleaning, etc.) available for most events.
Anyone under the age of 18 must come and stay with parent (or other responsible adult, with signed permission slip from parent).
Things you need to know:
Please bring your own bedding and towels. Plan to arrive Friday evening between 5pm and 11pm Eastern Time (let us know if you must arrive either earlier or later than this). Meals start Saturday morning. Meals times are typically 9:00, 1:00 & 6:30 ET. Meals are served family style, so it’s best to be on time. Guests are asked to help with meal set up and clean up. There is usually no set check-out time, you’re welcome to linger as long as you like (up to sunset), and depart when most convenient for you.
Pet policy:
Pets are allowed, but not in Swallows, the Farm House, or at the beach. Dogs must be kept on a leash and owners are required to clean up after them. Barking or biting dogs will be required to be removed from premises. There is a $5/night charge for pets when camping, $10/night in cabins.
Public transportation:
Circle Pines can arrange to pick you up at the Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo airports, or the Kalamazoo Bus/Train station and bring you back again. Two days notice is required. The fee is $50/car load (up to 3 people) or $100/van load (up to 7 people), each way.
