PIPromo

August 19-24, 2014

Inspired by the Chautauqua education movement of the turn of the century, the second annual People's Institute offers five full days of rich programs combining elements of both adult and kids camp,  weaving together educational, entertainment, and cooperative experiences for people of all ages.

This year's Institute explores topics based on the theme of Diversity. From Tuesday afternoon through Sunday morning, our talks, workshops, concerts and other programs will focus on such issue areas as:  LGBTQ+, Holistic Health Care, Age Diversity, Native America, and Immigration. Children's activities and time for R&R will be included. Below is this year's schedule of events.
